Puzzled Fairy Melia

Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation...

I often like to take my stamps off the card to create other pieces of stamped art. Today Melia graces a giant 5" x 6" floor puzzle piece.

Directions:

Paint the entire puzzle piece with black acrylic paint.

Stamp Melia and the Fairy Lily onto the puzzle piece with VersaMark ink.

Sprinkle with white embossing powder, shake off excess and heat to melt.

Paint the puzzle piece with metallic watercolors.

Such a simple process but the results are amazing!

  1. This "card" is beautiful! The idea behind it is mind boggling in it's scope. Thank you for your inspiration, again.

  2. Melia looks great on the puzzle piece. Where do you find such big pieces or do you cut them out yourself. I could see a wall scene made with these pieces, each with a different but cohesive scene.
