The current monthly challenge at Gecko Galz is Sea of Dreams...
They have so many cool mermaid images that I couldn't decide so I made a pocket letter using some of my favorite images...
Hope you enjoy!

My next creation is a under the sea tag I made using the Steampunk image. A steampunk mermaid!! I used some steampunk gear paper to cover the tag as well as a fun wax seal of an octopus underwater scene.
Hope you enjoy...
Hello Friends...
Hope you are surviving the heat - the "Real Feel" temps here have been over 100 here today and it is expected to continue for at least 7 more days before we "cool off" into the upper 80s - LOL!!
Today I have a fun Steampunk card using the current challenge image at Gecko Galz....
A new creation for the Gecko Galz Fantasy Challenge. Each month Gecko Galz shares an image to be used for the current month's challenge. This is the Fantasy Challenge image and what I made with it...
This is what it looks like in the window...it really does look like she is under the sea! So pleased with how it turned out.
Gecko Galz Fantasy Challenge 0624
Hello Everyone
New month of challenges over at Gecko Galz. Today I have a project that fits into both the monthly challenge (Signs of Summer) and their quarterly challenge (Altered Wall Plaques).
I used images from the Flamingo Court Junk Journal kit plus lots of diecuts and the fun plaque that had a funky photo decoupaged on it. A couple coats of paint and a whole new plaque appears!

Hello Friends -
I hope you've found some time to be creative.
Today I finished up a couple cardfolios for the Gecko Galz Monthly Challenge - Floral Dreamland. I made 6 cards to tuck inside each one. I left them fairly simple to allow the recipient to decide what sentiment or occasion they would like to use them for.
So very excited to share this project with you today. Rather than another card I have been trying to think of a way to use the Gothic Challenge image from Gecko Galz. WELLLLL I did it and I love how it turned out. ....
The Monthly Card Challenge image at Gecko Galz is this darling fairy riding a swan and this is the card I made using it.
Each month Gecko Galz hosts a whole range of challenges using their collage images. This month's Fantasy challenge is of this little fairy riding a snail. I just love her and made this oversized tag (9"tall) with her.
Papers are from Fairy Hugs and Club Scrap, the flowers, lace and fibers are from my stash of goodies.
Hi all!
Hope you've been well...been away from crafting for a while but trying to get back into the swing of things. Today I have a a fun make using the Steampunk images from Gecko Galz for this month...
This month's Gothic challenge at Gecko Galz is a really fun image...check her out.
This month's Christmas challenge at Gecko Galz is a fun Santa image....
Gecko Galz has a new challenge this month...Fantasy!
Here is what I created using this month's image...
Today I have a small journal I made for the monthly challenge over at Gecko Galz. The theme is Ethereal Spring. I used the Junk Journal kit - Viva La Spring and Charming Words sentiment sheets along with some Prima papers as well as other bits and pieces from my stash. I hope you enjoy!
This month's ATC challenge at Gecko Galz features the Gothic Red Riding Hood ATC sheet. I wanted to make something a bit different so I dug through my ATC/Playing Card stash and found these fun crooked cards! They are from a real deck of cards but the shape is so much fun...just for a change of pace....

I must admit that this month's Gothic Challenge at Gecko Galz has given me a run for my money. I started a Goth/Halloween junk journal last year and have been slowly adding new lay-outs each month. Well I really had to give this a think but I am thrilled with how it finally turned out!
The theme for the month at Gecko Galz is Magical Mushrooms. Their monthly newsletter was filled with delightful mushroom images. I liked them so much I decided to do a bit of decoupage and makes some 3D mushroom magnets. I made them fit into my mini Swedish tart tins I bought on a little shopping trip dh and I found at an antique store recently.
