Winter Wonderland

Here is another creation by Morgan...the background is from American Crafts Peppermint Express collection with the die-cut sentiment from Sizzix which was cut from Rinea Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.  She used vintage white tinsel garland around the top and sides then glued the darling little snowman couple in the corner.  She finished it off with the glittery snowflakes.
