All stamps are Unity Stamp Co.
These are the colors used... Rose Red and Lemon were the only colors used on the flowers, Leaf and Lime Green were used for the vines and the background was colored with Ultra Marine and Grey.
To use as a watercolor paint I shook just a tiny bit out into my paint palette as you can see.
I stamped my desired images using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and let it dry...
Then began painting the image with a waterbrush which was dipped into the powder then painted onto the images. It's easy to get a wide range of colors from a single Brusho powder. I find that layers are key...if you don't get the color you want the first time, just keep layering on more until you achieve the look you want. It's oh so easy and very relaxing. Hope you give it a try!
That is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing. My Brusho came today so I played a little using a stamped image. I love how transparent they are so the stamped details show. Lol! Now to do some converting to know how to mix the thickener which came with the colors.
ReplyDeleteOooh, so pretty! I love the background too! I only have a very tiny sample of Brusho that a friend sent to me so can't do much yet but I'm collecting ideas for when I finally spring for a set!
