My favorite holiday is (if you can't tell) Halloween... It's just so much fun!! I think second it would have to be Christmas because I love giving and making/sharing with others.
You have until 10-20 to post!
Good Luck Everyone
and
Have a Spooky Afternoon!
These came out awesome Roni. I was wondering what you used for the dimension when I saw the sneak peaks. As for my favorite holiday, that's hard. I think it might be Thanksgiving, at least my childhood memories of it - LOL! I remember my Mom and grandmother getting up early to start cooking. Soon the house would start to smell wonderful, the doorbell would ring and family would start arriving, and wonderul Chaos would commence.

There's no doubt my favourite holiday is Halloween. I don't really like any of the other holidays, except that they are an excellent excuse for creating cards. For me it tends to be Halloween the whole year through. I love creating dark and spooky ATCs and cards and in October I can fully indulge in doing so without people thinking I'm weird.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday is Christmas. Not the overcommercialized part. The part where we celebrate Christ's birth. And I love making most of the gifts that I give. The anticipation of watching someone open the gift that I put so much thought and love into. That's my favorite part!
ReplyDeleteI love your cards! My fave holiday is Halloween, too.
ReplyDeleteI am a 4th of July holiday freak! I love summer, and family get togethers, water, and good food! I used to be a "boo baby" with Halloween but now that the boys have grown up and are gone from home... it's just not the same:(
ReplyDeleteI have three favorite holidays! Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas! If I could count Black Friday as a holiday I would! lol
ReplyDeleteI really love how your cards came out!
Your cards are all fantastic!
ReplyDeleteChristmas is my absolute favorite holiday! Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.
My older brother has a family cook-out in the summer, my younger has Christmas and I take Thanksgiving. I love all the preparation of feeding all of my family. Mom gets to get out of the nursing home only a few times for family outings and this is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteHallo-we'en is my absolute favorite holiday... I have been working on my Witch's Apothecary for more than a year (in fits and starts, as it were). I have put my collection of interesting bottles and containers to use adding potion and tincture labels...
ReplyDeleteMy fondest memory of Halloween was making caramel popcorn balls and taffy (wrapped in waxpaper twists) to give out on All Hallows Eve. Kids for blocks around knew that my mothers house gave out the "best homemade treats" ...
I think that my favorite holiday is always the one that is approaching next! I love them all!! Seeing the wonder & joy of each holiday through the eyes of my DGS has had them all take on an even deeper meaning and treasured memories continues to grow :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Christmas and second is Halloween, Thanksgiving, third.
ReplyDeleteWow! Amazing cards. :) I love the flourish stamp & ooh the green drippy border. I love Halloween too. The kids love to choose a big pumpkin each year to decorate. My favourite colours are purple, black & orange so it's a great time of year for crafting.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, these are fabulous! Love the swirl card with the puff paint, the awesome bat woman image, the adorable kitty! Christmas is my favorite holiday on many levels, but I absolutely love Halloween, too - the spooky scariness of it all, the macabre - yep, it's awesome. ;)
ReplyDeleteCool cards Roni!
ReplyDeleteHalloween is my favorite holiday. It was always a big deal at my house as a kid. My parents loved to dress up and decorate. My Mom still dresses up some years, and she is in her 80's.

Oh wow, those are so cool!!!!
ReplyDeleteFavorite holidays for me: #1 Halloween (there are some who say there is a reason for that but I just put a hex on 'em!) and then Christmas and then Thanksgiving...
Basically anything fall/winter, I'm there!
It has to be christmas, the gathering of family, the children playing, wonderful food and drink plus unlimited eating what more can i say lol. Fantastic cards x

I dropped by to tell you I found your masking technique and fell into a giveaway. Now how cool is that? I guess my favorite holiday would have to be Earth Day. First, I use a lot of objects often destined for the trash in my art (I'm sometimes called the Queen of Free) and second, because it's my birthday. So I sort of come by the recycling thing naturally. And because Earth Day may not be a recognized holiday, my second favorite is Thanksgiving. I've always had fond memories of it, far more than Christmas.
ReplyDeleteNow to tell you why I stopped by. I feature a blog each day on my blog and since I'm featuring your masking technique tomorrow (Oct 14), it is really appropriate to feature you as my blog pick of the day. However, had I found your blog sooner, I would be camping out here every day. In fact, if you don't mind, I would be honored to add your blog to my sidebar blog roll. I have to admit, your masking tutorial is the first one to EVER make sense to me. And, although I am NOT a stamper, I had no trouble following it. Thank you so much for all you do for the altered arts and stamping communities. And also, for being such an awesome inspiration to me!
Great cards Roni!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday is Halloween with Christmas a close second.
As much as I do love Halloween I have to stick with Christmas as my number 1 holiday. I love the whole feeling that goes with it. Too bad it couldn't stay all year round! That's not to say I don't love a good spooky Halloween as well though!! Thanks for the chance at a great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteLove these stamps and thanks for a chance to win. For some reason, I like Halloween almost as much as I like Christmas, not sure why.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog.
I luv all the stamps. I can't exclude even one of them. Your cards are great and that puffy pen thingy sounds intriguing.
ReplyDeleteHalloween is a fav of mine also and have decorated to the nines and have all sorts of special treats for the SIX(6) treaters that I get here. We live in a very small 'burg'.
My favorite holiday has to be Christmas or Halloween. I can't pick!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. Football, food, my favorite colors, and everybody comes home to enjoy. Christmas is awesome but I'm so tired by d-day that I can't always enjoy the moment.
ReplyDeleteGreat projects, Roni! My favorite holidays are Christmas and Halloween, followed closely by July 4th. Fun times for all!
ReplyDeleteI love ever spooky bit of Halloween. There's no stress of buying the right gift. You just get to be a kid again.Decorate, dress up,eat candy. The weather is great, cool and crisp just right for a bonfire and roasting hotdogs.
ReplyDeleteI think my favourite holiday has to be Christmas. Halloween in England has a lot of catching up to do compared to USA.
ReplyDeleteMy fave holiday is Christmas, but I think it would be Halloween if I lived in USA
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love these stamps!!
ReplyDeleteI love all holidays! My favorite is July 4th. I love the fireworks, picnics and BBQs, parades and just plain getting together to celebrate our country!
