Finishing them up!
The pile on the top left is the map (on the back side); pile on the bottom left is the gift info; the To Have and To Hold is the RSVP that I stamped! The Morgan and Robert square is what goes on the band that holds it all together. I have a stack of finished ones under the hammer head. And to top it all off even the stamps match!
Now we only have to wait until August 6th!
Just 3 more months!!
Beautiful and exciting, Roni!
ReplyDeleteYou've done a beautiful job with the invitations!
ReplyDeleteRoni, these invitations are so beautiful and represent a Mother's love, and a culmination of so many of your incredible artistic gifts and talents! It must be so rewarding...I wonder if you can hear my giddy sounds in California for you.
ReplyDeleteI so hope that you will save one invitation for their memory album/box, one for your professional records, and perhaps frame one as a gift. It might be interesting to see one of the invitations in a frame adjacent to this design in an ethereal color wash as a contrast and set off by a divided black frame. Of course that's an idea for your free time...LOL
Roni, the perfection of your work never ceases to amaze me. I think it just might be time for a new Roni book of techniques. I have the place on my bookshelf ready for its placement next to your first book and I have the room on my laptop for a Kindle version...again, an idea to tackle during your free time! Much love my friend!
I keep coming back to this page for inspiration. I'm really impressed by how beautifully this turned out. Thanks for sharing.
