An Easter Time Hello!
Don't ya just love that vintage image! She's a sweetie.
I mounted the blue bird on a doily cut piece of vellum to help tone down the background and allow the bird to be the real focal point. Adding the Dew Drops also help frame the bird.
I printed the umbrella twice so I could pop the second one off the page to make it look like the umbrella was really covering her up. I also didn't glue her down completely but left the tail, bows (on her hat and legs) and the bouquet of flowers curl off the page as well. Just adds a bit more dimension to a flat image.
