StampersBest was asked to participate in a Wings & Blooms Blog Hop by Crafting by Designs today and Susan (@ SB) asked me to design a project for this theme!
So, I pulled out some of my favorite "winged" and bloom stamps from StampersBest to see what I could come up with.
