I'd like to get your opinions on more goodies I have made for the craft show....
I don't know why but I'm ALWAYS so nervous about these things.
I have a reoccurring nightmare that I go to a craft show, everyone else sells out and nobody buys anything I have made!
Silly I know but I get the same butterflies every time.
o.k.. so in addition to the 48 necklaces and a wide variety of cards I also made....
Pebble Magnets ($.50 each)
Sorry for the awful photos...I just can't seem to get a good picture of any pebble projects. The glass distorts the light causing such funky images.
Paint Chip Note Pads ($1.00)
Post It Note/Gel Pen Memo Booklets ($5.00)
(I redesigned them again - I'll be sharing this new design soon!)
Vintage Foldable Ruler Star Decorations ($5.00)
Antique Square Nail Cross Pendants
(Note: These are the real deal - rust and all!)
(Note: These are the real deal - rust and all!)
Small $7.50
Large $12.50
Oh and the 10" M&M Sticks which I don't have a photo of but I'm selling those for $1.00 ea or 6 for $5.00.
Any other things you can think of that I should take in addition to these?
I am new to your blog, I came across it goggling some ideas for invitations I am making for a family member, although your blog didn't display what I was looking for, it still caught my eye! I think you'll do great at the craft show! I have yet worked up the nerve to put my money towards a booth myself lol! Best of luck!
ReplyDeleteYou have some good stuff! Don't worry! You will sell lots of stuff!
ReplyDeleteI love those stars! Sooooo cool! I almost picked up a couple at an estate sale last week! Next time I see one or two I'm gonna try those out!! Sooo cool!!
ReplyDeleteI like all your stuff.
ReplyDeleteFor more good ideas check out the 'eyballs by day crafts by night blog'. She sells her handmade crafts and does very well. Nothing is really expensive and pretty easy to make, though they are prims.
If your magnets don't see well individually, you might package 4 of them tog., add some torn fabric--like a ribbon-- and a tag, maybe ask $2.50 for a set of 4. Still a bargain, and the presentation often appeals as much as the item itself.
Another idea for your nails--I made some last Christmas. Hang the nail, with some artificial greenery and a red ribbon, using jute. Add a tag. I had "3 nails + one cross= forgiven", since Jesus died on a tree for our sins. A lot of people like this kind of thing at Christmas time as a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.
Roni, relax and enjoy. I love the pebble magnets. What a great idea. I'm sure it will be a success
ReplyDeleteRoni~ These are wonderful! I am esp. drooling over the fabulous stars! Good luck at the show, I am sure that you will do wonderfully. :)
ReplyDeleteYou have a nice variety of items, Roni. I love the magnets and the star ornaments the best. And you have a good price range. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYour prices are so low I would think you would sell out of things. You have a great variety of "stocking stuffers"l Doing shows would probably make me nervous, too I have a couple of questions:
ReplyDelete1. Do you cut all the paper to size for your paint chip notebooks?
2. Do your rusty crosses rub rust off on clothes when people wear them?
Just FYI, because I can't see the words in my regular browser, I had to open a new browser, find your site again, and type the two words THREE times to be allowed to comment! I wonder how many people don't comment because it is too difficult. I would comment more often if it wasn't so hard. Here's an article on how to disable that feature, if you're interested:
