Blog Header Change?

Does anyone know if Blogger has changed the headers?
Mine is looking funky this a.m. and I have no clue how to fix it!!!
Any suggestions?

    Mine seems normal today. I would ask the site where it was originally created.

    Mine is also funky today - seems to be doing something weird to the header background image. No clues!!
