Can you believe it? The first of October already! I don't know where the year has gone...I know everyone says it but it seems like the older I get the faster it goes.
Well as I mentioned on Friday October 7th is World Card Making Day so I thought that I would share one or more cards each day from now till then. I've got several lined up already and can't wait to share them with you all!
Today I have a card that was inspired by Imagine's color of the month - Aubergine - a.k.a...eggplant!
The background for the card was made by scoring lines 1/2" apart on a cris-cross pattern which I then inked with Neptune on each fold line. It really does create such a striking background doesn't it?
Be sure to check out the Imagine Blog for other inspiring Aubergine projects this month!
