I saw a card on Pinterest that had one line of a ribbon looking stamp across the card front and the sentiment below the ribbon. I thought, gosh now it doesn't get much easier right?
Well, I didn't have a ribbon stamp but I did have a lace stamp from Stampers Best so I decided to use it. I stamped the lace with blue ink.... It looked a bit wonky so I tried it again - it looked o.k. but it looked lonely so I added another and another and well...not so clean and simple anymore huh?
Finally I stamped the sentiment above all those bits of lace.
It's not exactly the look I was going for but it's cleaner than most of my cards so I'm going to call it C&S anyway - LOL!!

It looks great, Roni! I have the same trouble with C & S cards. When other people make them, they look elegant. Mine, on the other hand, look...well, sad. Oh well, maybe next time.
