Welcome back for another Christmas Shaker! Today I have turned a shaker tag into a fun ornament.
This fun tag was made by cutting a piece of cardstock 2.5 x 6.25". It was then scored at 3 and 3.25" This creates a 1/4" base at the bottom of the tag - once creased it will be the perfect fit to add foam core board as the spacer to create the well for your shaker bits.
I cut a window 1.5" x 1.75" about 1/4" from the bottom of the front side of the tag. Added a bit of pattern paper on the inside of the tag (where the shaker will show through), affixed the foam core board frame with Beacon 3 in 1 glue. The shaker was filled with a limited edition sequins mix called Pastel Penguin from Sparkle Blends. added acetate to the window and sealed it up.
I fussy cut the snowmen from coordinating paper and added them to the front along with the stamped sentiment and a few more sequins and bits. I added a pink glitter ribbon at the top on the front (for decoration) and a gold stretch cord on the back for hanging.
Just a closer photo of the sequins mix....I just love all of the different bits!
Have a very merry day my friends!
