Mix it Up a Little Valentine

It's time to mix it up a little for this Valentine's Day Card!

I had a bit of fun playing when I created this card.
You know, a little of this, some of that, stamping, inks, sprays and more....

I started off with a bit of stenciling using Gina Marie's Heart Argyle and Imagine's Delicata Rose Gold ink.

I then applied a layer of of Rose Gold Sheer Shimmer Spritz and then Wedding Dress (white) irRESISTible Texture Spray.

Well...then I started to really play and lost track of picture taking!
I'm sure you know how that goes.

Anyway, after the sprays and spritzes I stamped a bushy heart type foliage and topped it with a tiny heart trio as the "flower". Added a bit of grungy goodness with VersaFine Clair Charming Pink and a sponge dauber here and there as well as along the edges.

I then set off to make the little bee tag - stamping with all sorts of RST peg stamps.  The sentiment is hand written by yours truely.  I normally don't hand write anything on my projects but I decided that I'm going to start...more personal I think.  We'll see how it goes.  I applied Dark Brown Delicata ink along the edge of the tag and finished it off with a piece of green ribbon.

The tag was affixed to the card with double stick foam tape to pop it up a bit and then a few sprinkles of sequins to finish it off.

I love playing with no plan in mind...
it often creates the prettiest of designs.

Have a great day...stay inky friends!
