Geometric Party Time

This weeks challenge over at Less Is More is #271 - Single Layer Card incorporating Geometric Shapes or Patterns.  I was so inspired to try this challenge because I had the perfect stencil for it...the Geometric Bubble stencil from Club Scraps Let's Celebrate Kit!  It's perfect because it's got all sorts of bubble patterns that you can mix n match to create your own design.

It's bright and sunny here today so that in turn inspired the color scheme.  I wanted to go bright and fun so I used a variety of fun colors from the Memento line of inks - Pear Tart, Tangelo, Lilac Posies, Rose Bud, and Bahama Blue.  I stamped the sentiment (also from the Let's Celebrate kit) using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I finished it off by adding a bit of sparkle to some of the bubble dots with the Shimmer Pico Embellisher.

I ended up making several more of these cards using different color combos just because it was so much fun!

We'd love you to display our banner

Supplies:

ClubScrap.com - Cardstock, Stencil, Rubber Stamp
Imagine Crafts - Memento Ink - Pear Tart, Tangelo, Lilac Posies, Rose Bud, Bahama Blue, Tuxedo Black, irRESISTible Pico Embellisher - Shimmer

  2. Well, when you get a terrific design like this it'd be silly not to make more than one card, eh? Love the fun, fresh and funky feel of this card.
