Ink Stains 5th Anniversary Altered Altoids Tin Art Festival & Blog Hop!


YES!!!!
You read that correctly - on this day 5 years ago I started Ink Stains!!! 
To celebrate this milestone I thought it would be fun to host my first blog hop / on-line art festival.  The centerpiece for this show of art is the humble Altoids Tin!
You all know how I hate to throw anything away that might....just might be turned into art and these tins are one of those things.

  13. I have to tip my hat off to you. Did you know that the ATC Swap was the first time I made and ATC and now you've done it again -- this is my first altered Altoid Tin!!! Woo hoo. I really enjoyed making it and thank you so much for including me in your celebration!!!

Gloria I love the vintage vibe your tin gave me!, Carol M. your santa is perfect, Loretta M. the sea theme is awesome, I love it! Mom(Dixie) your calendar freakin rawks!! Great idea, and your wizard of oz tin is freakin fantastic!!! Love that non kansas image!, Dea neverland is great, love the fairy, Anesha love the inspiring quotes, sashi love your scene, Kelli Sue, first props for spelling your name correctly second love the memory tin! Karen love the banner and balloon, Jean S. love your box, the images are wonderful!

    Roni,your winter theme lid is great, the greatest love one would make an awesome gift box the steampunk fat tin is awesome I need it!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Love the valentine images, why is santa so Jolly, well now we know!, the stocking tin is great. The round tins are freakin awesome and would look great on my winter tree!!Yes Mother! My kids need this one! LOVE LOVE LOVE the Sally Rand one! Tic Tac Toe is an awesome idea and could be great for traveling. Sewing box is great and could easily travel with you. The post card type one is a great idea and I will have to use it! And Holy freakin Heck Roni a Carousel!!! LOVE Flying monkeys, I say that all the time to the kidlings! Paper Dolls could be an awesome traveling one as well! I see lots and lots of Altoid and mints being bought in my near future!!!

  28. My Mom emailed me to come check out the tins and wow...these are so fun! I really love the under the sea themed tin, the paper dolls one (I was a paper doll fan as a little girl), and all the other creative tins here! I have never altered anything before but now I want to make one as an ornament for my Christmas tree this year. Thanks for the inspiration!
