Hi Everyone...
Today I thought it would be fun to share all of the new colors of Liquid Pearls mixed in with the old. Well, the old aren't really that old since they have been recently revamped but you kwim. I think it's always nice to see them with something other than just the color swatch on the site because those little swatches just don't do the LP's justice.
My color line doesn't quite mesh with what they have up on Ranger but you can put them in any order you like. You'll notice below there are 31 colors instead of 30. One of my old style colors ~ Daffodil ~ snuck into this pile. I thought I had the old ones all separated out but I guess I missed one.
I have to tell you about how excited I am about a few of these new colors....

Oh my, the colors are so intense! I've been longing for some really dark/bold colors for such a long time, I'm just so tickled they are finally here!

ReplyDeleteDecisions, decisions! They are all just so luscious, its hard to choose. But I managed to narrow it down to: Peacock, Copper Pearl, Ocean Blue, Pumpkin & Orchid. Thanks for creating the samples for us. This is a much better representation of the colors.

They're all so pretty, it's hard to pick just 5 faves! But I'll go with pumpkin, avocado, bisque, ocean blue and chestnut.

"Teach Yourself Visually" I bought it awhile back and didn't even realize that it was your book. I just put two and two together when I saw it there on your sidebar.

I've been waiting for darker colors, too! I love the new LP's! My favorites will have to be Onyx Pearl (Been waiting for that one the most!), Copper Pearl, Royal Blue, White Opal, and Gold Pearl.

Hi, Roni, I have to share that I have not *one* bottle of LP! I guess I am behind the times on this technique, but, after seeing all these luscious colors (not to mention those pearl drops), I am thinking a trip to my LSS might be in order. I am still in my "vintage-y" period, so am drawn to the last set of browns: Bisque, Copper Pearl, Hot Cocoa, Chestnut, and Dark Chocolate. Thanks for the chance to win them!

ReplyDeleteI have just started using LPs and I still need to do a lot more experimenting. But I am on an earthone phase right now so my current favorites are the browns (bisque, copper pearl, hot cocoa, chestnut and dark chocolate)! Also love the ocean blue, though. :)
