Today's sketch is one I love...you can use it either vertically or horizontally ~ whatever your design calls for! You can use cardstock, pattern paper, stamped background paper or special techniques for the 4 squares behind the main image.
I didn't specify a particular area for a greeting or card sentiment ~ sometimes they just don't need one.
Let's start with horizontally....
