Happy World Card Making Day Card

My final card for the day....Happy World Card Making Day card :) The strip on the left side of the card is a gel plate monoprint that I stamped using Rubber Stamp Tapestry's new set called Card Maker!! How fun is that. The other side of the card was made using a stencil and sponge dauber. I added a few Pastel Flat Back Gems from Sparkle Blends.  Hope you had a chance to play today!

Fall Hello Shaker Card

Another card for World Card Making Day....This time I decided to celebrate Fall - my favorite time of the year! No tutorial, just creative fun.

I made the background using Distress Oxides just blended together then I stamped on a variety of leaves using the stamp set from Rubber Stamp Tapestry called Falling Leaves.

I die-cut the shaker element using a slimline die from Spellbinders. It's got a variety of pieces that can be used together or separately. I love the vintage look of it don't you?

I assembled the shaker and used the Sparkle Blends sequins mix called Leaf Peeping - so cute!

Added a twine bow and die-cut Hello (MFT) to finish it off :)

World Card Making Day 2021 - Blackberry Bramble Birthday

Here is my first card in months...long story for another day.  Anyway, I have some new inks from Lavinia called Elements and I love them. I made this card using these inks and a couple others.

The background stamps are all peg stamps from Rubber Stamp Tapestry - a branch plus the new set called Blackberry Bramble. Lovely isn't it?  The "BIRTHDAY"  stamp is from Unity Stamp Co.

Below is a simple step by step on how I made it....

Henna Element Inks & Branch

Flowers & VersaFine Clair Nocturne

Berries & Elements Mulberry, Violet Chalk and Merlot

Leaf & Pine and Lime Punch Elements Ink

Background colors were added by using the existing ink leftover on my sponge daubers.

A few pen work elements, stamped sentiment (using Mulberry & Merlot inks), then I finished off the card using sequins and bits from the Sparkle Blends mix called Alison's Gothic Peacock.

Hope you're able to join in the fun and make at least one card today...
Happy World Card Making Day!!
