Synchronized Swimming Gothic Arch

Today is my day to post a creation on Altered Pages blog, I though about all the various events going on in the world today and a bright positive spot in the news is the upcoming Olympics in London. 

So, here is my tongue in cheek Gothic Arch dedicated to the Synchronized Swimming Team....

Synchronized Swimming Gothic Arch

Supplies:

AP Collage Sheet - At the Beach 1907 - 1803D
AP Collage Sheet - Before Bikinis - 1140D
AP Collage Sheet - Labels - 279D (Sprinter Pepper Label)
AP Collage Sheet - A Little of This and That - 2131D
Glitz Graced Lace Pattern Paper
Glitz Gem
Pennant Point German Scrap
Glitter
Gathered Crepe Paper
Chipboard
Gothic Arch Template
Black Ink
Deco masking Tape
Computer Generated Sentiment

Instructions:

1. Print the images, trim and ink the edges with black ink.

2. Cut two Gothic Arches from chipboard; cut one of the GA in half to form the wings of the arch.

3. Cover each piece of the arch with desired pattern paper and ink the edges with black ink.

4. Glue the images and sentiment to the panels.

5. Use masking tape to affix the wings to each side of the gothic arch.

6. Finish off the GA by adding trim and gemstone.
